The HULIIDE Inline Piston Filler (IPF) is engineered for filling a wide variety of liquid products, including food & beverage, cosmetics, personal care items and chemical liquids. Built robustly with high-precision construction, this machine delivers reliable, long-term operation with minimal downtime. This volumetric piston filler handles liquids with viscosity ranging from 1 to 100,000 centipoise. With properly sized nozzles and cylinders, it achieves filling accuracy of ±0.05% on fill volume. We offer models with 2, 4 or 6 filling spouts to match different production speed requirements, reaching a maximum output of up to 60 containers per minute.

Filling nozzles are mounted on a fully automatic, pneumatically driven lifting bar. The movement speed of the bar is regulated by flow control valves. The pneumatic system lowers nozzles to a preset position, then nozzles and product valves open. Pistons dispense the precise volume of liquid through valves and nozzles. Once filling completes, the nozzles and product valves close, and the spout bar together with pistons return to their home position.

Product changeover and cleaning are straightforward: product valves, cylinders and pistons sit behind the rear safety guard door, enabling convenient access for operators.
