The automatic rolling round bottle labeling machine is designed for high-speed labeling of various cylindrical products and small-taper round bottles, widely applicable to cosmetic bottles, wine bottles, pharmaceutical vials and similar round containers. It supports full-wrap labeling, half-wrap labeling, and front & back double-sided labeling with freely adjustable spacing between front and rear labels to meet diverse packaging requirements.
Ideal for mass production in the food, cosmetics, daily chemical, wine, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. The machine can be equipped with an optional fixed-position detection device to achieve precise circumferential positioning and fixed-point labeling for standardized product packaging.
Customers can also choose an optional ribbon coding module to print production batch numbers, manufacturing dates and expiry dates during the labeling process.
